Got lower back pain?

Excellent! It's official. Massage therapy is an effective treatment for lower back pain, according to a study published in the July 5 issue of The Annals of Internal Medicine. Better still, NPR ran an excellent story on the subject.

"A Comparison of Massage Therapy and Usual Medical Care for Chronic Low Back Pain" - read the study here.

Hi I've been having lower back pain recently and I am interested on your service.. One question though, Can I bring my own essential oils with me? I have tried a massage clinic before and got allergies with their low quality oil, I bring my own since then. I bought mine at essentialoils4life.com since they offer only the best quality of essential oils at a price you can't resist.

I never have a problem with someone bringing their own, natural products to use in a session. I do use some Young Living oils, which are the ones you seem to be advertising here. However, I find them overpriced and prefer to support this outstanding local company, www.stillpointaromatics.com, who are right here in Sedona.

Nice to hear that there is some solid medical research supporting massage therapy as a solid treatment. Too often there is a clash with the eastern and western medical perspectives.

Back pain is a real problem. My shoulder were uneven and it caused me a lot of pain until I enter the massage community and then my pain eventually went away.
